In July of 2017 he was appointed to the City of Henderson Planning Commission. Bill graduated from the University of Nevada – Reno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While attending UNR, Bill was actively involved in student leadership. He was a dormitory Vice-President, President, and Resident Assistant. He was also a student body Senator for the College of Business, Vice-President and Student Representative to the University of Nevada Board of Regents with the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN).
